I am Ron Blake and I am your personal fitness trainer in the Phoenix metro area.
I have been training individuals and groups with their fitness needs for 15 years. These people have been trained in strength conditioning, toning, weight loss, cardiovascular improvement, and marathon preparation.
My methods used are serious and my attitude is light-hearted. I convey this training style in my regular health and fitness column I write for 20 newspapers around the country. I have been writing for these newspapers around the country for four years and my readers still humor me by perusing my work.
Clients can train in my fitness center or in the convenience of their own home. I do bring all the necessary equipment to the clients at their home.
The training includes a combination of the use of resistance bands, exercise balls, free weights, and machines.
